Order before 1pm to receive your order the following day (Monday - Thursday, UK only). Any orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched same day. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery. Excludes delivery on bank holidays.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty, we will exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within seven days if you receive a damaged/defective item.
