Returns & Exchanges

All products must be returned in their original packaging. For returns based on unwanted items, you must return within seven days of receiving the item. Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during the sale, Pear Shaped Products cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty, we will exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within seven days if you receive a damaged/defective item.

Before making any returns, you must first contact for further details. All returns take up to 7 working days to be processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within five days (UK) & 10 working days (International).

Shipping costs are not refunded as this cost goes straight to the courier. If an order has been returned that is not faulty or damaged and had free shipping applied. The cost of Standard Shipping, dependent on the shipping country, is deducted from the overall value refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you’re still waiting for a refund, recheck your bank account. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify our customer service team at within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will then provide you with the following steps if an exchange is applicable.

If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you the value of the goods.

If returning from OUTSIDE the EU, please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES, as there will be excessive clearance fees; we will either refuse delivery or charge the costs back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and write “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form and the parcel itself, as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.

Pear Shaped Products do not pay returns postage unless an item is wrong or faulty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Discount codes are provided exclusively by Pear Shaped Products. Two separate discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. It is one discount/offer per order. Pear Shaped Products reserves the right to remove any promotion at any given time.
